1. Scope

1.1 This specification covers ductile iron castings suitable for service at temperatures of -40°F and above.

1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard.

Note-A complete metric companion to Specification A874 has been developed-A874M; therefore, no metric equivalents are presented in this specification.
