1. Scope

1.1 This specification establishes the requirements for phosphor bronze rod, bar, and shapes.

1.2 Units--The values stated in inch-pound units or SI units are to be regarded separately in the standard. Within the text, the SI values are given in brackets. Combining values from the two systems may result in nonconformance with the specification.
